Thing-A-Day 2014 Day 25: Flatter Cookies

I used margarine on this batch of cookies, which helped the middles melt and spread faster, but I’m still having troubles with the outsides becoming crusty too fast, that’s why there’s so many cracks in these.

I may try microwaving the dough next time, or just giving up and flattening them by hand.
